Frequently asked questions
Is Daytio Mini really €2 a month?
Yes: €2 a month, billed in euros (VAT not applicable — art. 293 B of the French tax code), after 7 free days. The first charge happens at the end of the trial, then every month on the same date. No setup fee, no commission on your appointments.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes, there is no commitment. You cancel from your settings; your bookings stay open until the end of the month already paid, then close. No cancellation fee.
What happens beyond 100 appointments in a month?
Every appointment already booked is kept. Your clients simply can no longer book online for that month; the next month starts again from zero. If you go over regularly, the Essential plan has no cap, and you can switch to it in one click.
How does the free trial work?
You have 7 days to try Daytio Mini. Your card is required at sign-up, but nothing is charged during the trial; we email you before the first €2 charge. Cancel from your settings before the trial ends and you pay nothing. The trial is offered once per account.
Can my clients pay online?
Not with Daytio Mini: your clients book online and pay on the spot, as usual. Online payment and deposits are included from the Essential plan.
Can I move to a fuller plan later?
Yes, at any time, from your settings. Your services, hours and appointments are kept; the difference for the current month is prorated.
