Before you write to us
- I’m a client of a professional: how do I move or cancel my appointment?
- Daytio does not manage appointments on behalf of professionals. Use the link in your confirmation email: depending on the professional’s rules, you can move or cancel your appointment there. Your appointments are also gathered in your client area, at daytio.com/espace. For anything else, contact the professional directly.
- How much does Daytio cost?
- Daytio Mini costs €2 a month, billed in euros. The Essential, Pro and Team plans are shown in your currency on the pricing page, with no commission on your appointments.
- Can I try before paying?
- Yes: a 7-day trial for Daytio Mini, 30 days for the Essential, Pro and Team plans. Nothing is charged during the trial, and you can stop before it ends without paying anything.
- I’m a developer or a web agency: can I add Daytio to a client’s website?
- Yes. The booking widget is included in the Essential, Pro and Team plans, and an API lets you go further. Everything is documented on the developers page, with self-service partner sign-up.
