Ask for a deposit or the full amount when a client books, on the services of your choice. The best cure for no-shows.

Charged only when a client pays online. Stripe's processing fees are already inside it — nothing is added on top. On €50 taken, you receive €49.

You set up your Stripe account in a few minutes from your settings. Your clients' money goes straight there — never to a Daytio account.
Free bank payouts
Stripe pays your takings into your bank account within a few working days, free of charge. Need the money right away? Instant payout arrives in about 30 minutes (≈ 1.5%, charged by Stripe).
Nothing is switched on by default: without online payments, your clients pay in person and Daytio only ever charges your subscription.
The questions we get asked
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, in both directions, from your own account. Moving up to Pro, you only pay the difference for the days left and everything unlocks straight away. Moving back down to Essentiel takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What happens to my client records if I go back to Essentiel?
- They are kept, never deleted. They simply become unavailable while you are on Essentiel, and you find them intact if you move back up to Pro.
- Does the trial require a card?
- No. You get 30 days without entering anything. At the end, if you don't subscribe, your booking page pauses — your data stays in place and everything resumes as soon as you sign up.
- Do you take a commission on my appointments?
- No. An appointment booked and paid for in person earns us nothing beyond your subscription, whatever your volume. The one exception is online payments, an option you switch on if you want it: there, each payment is charged 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction (Stripe fees included).
- How do online payments work?
- Available from the Essentiel plan (€9/month), they let you ask for a deposit or the full amount at booking — the most effective way to cut no-shows. Everything runs through Stripe: you create your account in a few minutes from your settings, and your clients' money goes straight there, never to a Daytio account. You enable payment service by service.
- What does an online payment cost, and when do I get the money?
- 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction, taken from the payment — Stripe's banking fees are included in it, nothing is added on top. On a €50 payment you therefore receive €49. Stripe then pays you automatically into your bank account, free of charge, within a few working days. If you want the money in 30 minutes, Stripe's instant payout is available on demand (around 1.5%, at your expense).
- Am I tied in for a period?
- No. You cancel whenever you like from your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
