Daytio uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to work, plus a single non-essential cookie — the affiliate one — which is only set if you accept it. No advertising cookies, no profiling.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential for the service to work, others are used for advertising or audience measurement.

2. Cookies used by Daytio

  • Session cookies (authentication) — names starting with sb-: they keep professionals signed in to their management space. Duration: that of the authentication session. Set by our authentication provider (Supabase).

These cookies are strictly necessary: they are exempt from consent under the applicable regulations, and are set without asking you.

3. The affiliate cookie (subject to your consent)

  • daytio_ae_cid — remembers which partner referred you to Daytio, so that their commission can be paid if you subscribe. Duration: 90 days. Set by Daytio, alongside measurement by our affiliate provider (Affilae).
  • daytio_consent — remembers your answer to the banner for 6 months, so you are not asked again on every page.

These cookies are not necessary for the service: they are only set after you explicitly agree, in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, the site works exactly the same way — you can create an account, book and subscribe as normal.

The public booking page sets none of these cookies and shows no banner: people booking an appointment with a professional are never part of the affiliate programme.

4. What Daytio does not use

  • No advertising cookies;
  • No social-network trackers;
  • No profiling, and no data sold to third parties.

5. Managing cookies

You can change your mind at any time by deleting this site’s cookies from your browser: the banner will be shown again. Blocking session cookies will however prevent professionals from signing in to their management space.
